Structured support for organisations pursuing AI research

Our work is suited to organisations that have a genuine research question — not just a deployment challenge. This includes corporate R&D functions exploring AI applications in their domain, government agencies building AI evaluation capability, and research institutes working in applied AI. The common thread is a need for structured methodological support rather than standard consulting advice.

This depends on the service and the complexity of your specific situation. A Methodology Advisory engagement typically spans four to six weeks across two to three sessions. A Literature Review may take three to five weeks from brief to delivery. An Applied Research Partnership is scoped during the initial discussion — timelines are agreed as part of that process and vary considerably based on the scope and your team's capacity to collaborate.

We have worked across natural language processing, structured data modelling, evaluation methodology, and applied machine learning in operational contexts. We are selective about the engagements we take on — if a research question falls outside our depth of expertise, we will say so during the initial scoping discussion and, where possible, suggest more appropriate resources.

We ask you to describe the research question or challenge your organisation is facing, the context in which it has arisen, and what a useful outcome would look like. From there, we can assess whether our services are a reasonable fit, what an appropriate scope might involve, and what the process would look like from your side. There is no expectation that this conversation commits either party to anything.

Our Literature Review and Methodology Advisory services have published starting prices (SGD 1,050 and SGD 580 respectively). Applied Research Partnerships are scoped and priced based on the complexity and duration of the work — the starting price of SGD 2,700 applies to defined, bounded engagements. All prices are in Singapore Dollars and exclusive of GST. Payment terms are discussed and agreed during scoping.

All research outputs are the property of your organisation. We maintain confidentiality around all client work and do not reference or repurpose engagement materials without explicit written agreement. Confidentiality terms are set out in the engagement agreement before work commences.
